Solts PKR Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Solts PKR platform — whether through a browser, mobile application, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use Solts PKR.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who participates in any game, promotion, or feature offered by Solts PKR. They form a legally binding agreement between you and Solts PKR.

Eligibility Requirements: To register and use Solts PKR, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Solts PKR strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
• You are registering for personal use only, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not excluded from gambling — either voluntarily through our self-exclusion programme or by any other applicable means.
• You are not residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and individually prohibited for your specific circumstances.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not under any legal incapacity.

Each individual person may hold only one registered account on Solts PKR. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must update your account details promptly if any of your information changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Solts PKR will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately via Live Chat.

• Do not share your account credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication through your account security settings — we strongly recommend this for all users.
• Log out of your account when using shared devices.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.

All transactions on Solts PKR are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees or foreign exchange charges on any deposit method.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 for all payment methods.
• Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are typically credited instantly.
• IBFT bank transfers may take up to 2 hours depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.
• Visa/Mastercard deposits from Pakistani-issued debit and credit cards are processed in real time in most cases.
• Solts PKR does not accept deposits from payment methods not listed above or from third-party accounts not belonging to the registered account holder.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited and played. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error before wagering the funds.

Withdrawals from Solts PKR are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and cannot be waived.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are typically processed within five minutes of request.
• IBFT bank withdrawals are processed within 2–4 business hours.
• Visa/Mastercard refund withdrawals may take 3–5 banking days depending on the issuing bank.
• Real-money funds won without active bonus conditions can be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum amount.
• Withdrawal requests made while an active bonus is in progress will not be processed until wagering requirements are completed or the bonus is forfeited.

Solts PKR reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This is a standard industry requirement. Processing of the withdrawal will be paused until required documents are verified. We aim to complete all KYC reviews within 24 hours of document submission.

Solts PKR offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and other time-limited offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms displayed on the Promotions page and within the bonus claim interface. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered players with a verified account who have completed at least one qualifying deposit.
• Each player may claim each specific promotion only once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise (e.g., weekly recurring offers).
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds and are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods are stated on the individual promotion page. These must be read before claiming.
• Solts PKR reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players who have already claimed and are actively wagering a bonus at the time of cancellation will be permitted to complete that wagering cycle under the original terms.
• Abuse of bonus promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.

All games on Solts PKR — including Teen Patti, Poker, Roulette, Aviator, Fishing Games, PSL Betting, and all other titles — are subject to individual game rules displayed within the game interface. These Terms apply in addition to, and not instead of, individual game rules.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on Solts PKR use certified random number generation technology that has been independently audited to ensure fairness. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all games and represent the theoretical long-run average payout. Individual sessions will vary.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled. Once a game round begins, the outcome is final.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round (disconnection, platform error), the outcome of the round will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of fault. Solts PKR's decision on disputed round outcomes is final.
• PSL Betting and other sports wagers are settled according to official match results. Settlement times are displayed within the betting interface.
• Solts PKR reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an error in odds or pricing has occurred.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on Solts PKR. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with games or the betting interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds for financial gain. Any winnings arising from exploiting a known or suspected error must be reported and will be voided.
• Using funds of criminal origin or attempting to use Solts PKR for money laundering purposes.
• Depositing via a payment account belonging to someone other than yourself.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first raising a dispute through Solts PKR's support channels.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Solts PKR staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform not intended for public access.

Solts PKR is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. We believe gambling should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a financial strategy or a way to cope with stress or personal difficulties.

All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools through their account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when lowered. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a given time period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours up to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

Solts PKR reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms or engaged in prohibited conduct. In such cases:

• We will notify the account holder via their registered email address where it is safe and appropriate to do so.
• Any real-money balance remaining after settlement of outstanding bets may be withheld pending investigation.
• Bonus balances and bonus-generated winnings are immediately forfeited upon account closure for breach of Terms.
• Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for any reason may do so by contacting our support team. Real-money balances will be returned via the registered withdrawal method after identity verification is completed.

Solts PKR will not close accounts as a way to avoid paying legitimate, verified winnings. If you believe your account has been suspended in error, contact our disputes team via Live Chat or email.

Solts PKR collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

We collect personal data — including your name, contact details, and payment information — only to operate your account, process transactions, verify identity, meet legal obligations, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers. Full details of data collection, storage, retention, and your rights as a data subject are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Solts PKR provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may cause temporary unavailability.

• Solts PKR is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party network issues outside our direct control.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses beyond the value of the affected transaction.
• In all cases, Solts PKR's maximum liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident is limited to the amount wagered in the specific game round or bet that gave rise to the dispute.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by Solts PKR's own negligence.

Solts PKR reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes — changes that significantly affect your rights, obligations, or the bonus terms — we will notify registered players by email at least 7 days before the new version takes effect.

Minor amendments — such as clarifications of existing rules, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to reflect new payment methods — may be made without prior notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Continued use of Solts PKR following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your Solts PKR account, game outcome, withdrawal, or bonus — please follow this process:

• Step 1: Contact our 24/7 Live Chat support team directly. Provide your account username, a description of the issue, and any relevant dates or transaction IDs. Most issues are resolved at this step within the same session.
• Step 2: If Live Chat cannot resolve your issue, submit a formal complaint by email to support@soltspkr.com. Include all details from Step 1 plus any previous support conversation references.
• Step 3: Our disputes team will review your complaint and respond with a formal written decision within 5 business days.

Solts PKR's decisions on disputes are made in good faith based on available records. All game outcomes and transaction logs are retained for a minimum of 12 months for dispute resolution purposes.
